I was connected with Jeff in Feb 2019 when I saw a property on Zillow that I inquired about. Within 24 hours Jeff responded and quickly accommodated my schedule to view the property. It wasn’t the right place for me, but told Jeff that I just started the process of looking into condos when I went on Zillow. He asked me what I was looking for in a property, my price point, my time frame, etc. I told him that I was “just window shopping “ for now and wasn’t seriously thinking about moving until end of 2019. He asked if I wanted to be contacted if he found anything that met what I was looking for. I told him yes, expecting I was going to be at the bottom his priority list being that I had a pretty extensive “checklist of desires”’ and he knew I wasn’t actively searching and just “window shopping”. To my surprise I wasn’t forgotten and began receiving weekly emails of condos that he thought I would be interested in. By March I found a place that I was very much interested in. It ticked off most of the boxes in what I was looking for! Jeff was great with the negotiations, but even better with his resources and guidance during inspection. Following my inspection report, I was unsure of moving forward for one particular reason. Jeff gave me options and his advice but never did I feel like he pressured me to move forward just to finalize the sale. Rather he reminded me this was a major investment and cautioned me of making a decision that I would be unhappy with. He gave me a few options to think about and also explained his experiences and trends in Monroe with condo sales opportunities. I ultimately walked away from the property and within two days a new condo came on market! Jeff quickly contacted me. I closed on my new condo in April 2019!! So my random Zillow search Lead me to meeting Jeff who did NOT put me
